Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Development, deployment, integration (with other applications) and maintenance of software applications (including components) following the standards and methodologies established by the Contracting Authority and inline with the established user requirements
• Prototyping
• Elaboration of test programs
• Creation of technical documentation following the standards and methodologies established by the Contracting Authority
• Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system
• Participation in meetings with the project teams.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of IT professional experience
• Very good knowledge of:
• ECLIPSE (or NetBeans) IDE
• JAVA EE platform, JAVA Programming Frameworks (JSF, SPRING, HIBERNATE, etc.), etc.
• Good knowledge of:
• Web application development environments
• Design and development of web and multi-tier applications
• Modelling tools (e.g. UML)
• Software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, AGILE)
• Relational database management systems (MS SQL and/or Oracle 11g)
• Application Servers (Oracle WebLogic Server and/or Apache Tomcat)
• Knowledge about responsive, multi-device development (e.g. desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone)
• Language: English.
