- Definition of the structure of the target Information Management architecture, based on the Strategic Vision on Information Management and in support of the Integrated Data Management Concept
- Support the Architecture team in the development of the overall target Information Management Architecture
- Analysis of Case Management
- Business needs analysis, including both general purpose and specific Law Enforcement domains
- Terminology definition
- Analysis of existing solutions
- Definition of target information service architecture and high-level implementation roadmap
- Analysis of search and cross-matching
- Business needs analysis, including both general purpose and specific Law Enforcement domains
Qualifications
- You have, at least, 7 years of relevant professional work experience in developing business services models, using business modelling methods/tools
- You have, at least, 7 years of relevant professional work experience in developing information architectures, covering at least 5 of the following domains:
o Information and/or intelligence analysis and modeling;
o Information governance
o Information quality management
o Case and records management
o Search and cross-matching
o Information security and data protection
o Information service definition and modeling
o Data integration
- Working knowledge of English (level to be specified: B2)
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture: professional knowledge in the processes and methods involved in developing an Enterprise Architecture
- Knowledge of business modelling
- Knowledge of modelling business services.
- Knowledge of information models, conceptualisation and visualisation of information architecture models and designs
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Enterprise architecture tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect
