- Information Management architecture
- Definition of the structure of the target Information Management architecture, based on the Strategic Vision on Information Management and in support of the Integrated Data Management Concept
- Support the Architecture team in the development of the overall target Information Management Architecture
- Analysis of Case Management
- Business needs analysis, including both general purpose and specific Law Enforcement domains
- Terminology definition
- Analysis of existing solutions
- Definition of target information service architecture and high-level implementation roadmap
- Analysis of search and cross-matching

Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT At least 7 years of relevant professional work experience gained in a complex public sector environment, or at least in a highly regulated environment with an articulated governance model
- At least 4 years of relevant professional work experience gained in an international, multi-disciplinary environment
- At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience in developing information architectures, covering the following three (3) domains:
- Information and data definition and modelling
- Information quality management
- Information security and data protection
- At least 5 years of relevant professional work experience in developing information systems architectures, covering the following four (4) domains:
- Information processing services definition and modelling
- Case and records management
- Search and cross-matching
- Data integration
- Hands-on participation in creating a roadmap for implementing application services, in a minimum of 3 projects
- Hands-on application of Big Data or unstructured data or data sciences concepts, in a minimum of 2 projects
- Mandatory:
- Professional knowledge of Enterprise Architecture: professional knowledge in the processes and methods involved in developing an Enterprise Architecture, with specific focus on the role of information systems
- Mandatory professional knowlege of:
- Developing and visualising information models and information architecture models
- Developing and visualising application services models and information systems architecture models
- The implementation of information models through application service modelling
- Desirable:
- Professional knowledge of conceptualisation and visualisation of service models and designs
- Knowledge in using Enterprise architecture tools, such as Sparx Enterprise Architect demonstrated by a certification and/or project
- Training certification in architecture methods and frameworks (preferably TOGAF v9 and/or DEMO Professional)
- Training certification in Archimate modelling standard (v2.1) (preferably Archimate v2.1 certification)
- Knowledge of ICT solutions specific to the Law Enforcement and Justice areas
- Working knowledge of English level to B2 or higher
