Define the target information management architecture;
Define and harmonise Law Enforcement terminology into the Law Enforcement Ontology;
Support the architecture team in the development of the overall target information management architecture;
Requirements engineering for the NEO Target Architecture
Analyse information needs as stated by the Europol business stakeholders, including both general purpose and specific Law Enforcement domains;
Support the requirements team in the development of the requirements for realisation of the NEO Target Architecture;
Define the implementation target of the information architecture;
Define high-level implementation roadmap of the information architecture.
Qualifications
More than7years of relevant professional work experience gained in a complex public sector environment, or at least in a highly regulated environment with an articulated governance model
At least4years of relevant professional work experience gained in an international, multi-disciplinary environment
At least4years of relevant professional work experience in developing information architectures, covering the following three (3) domains:
Terminology definition
Information and data modelling
Information security and data protection
At least4years of relevant professional work experience in developing information systems reuirements, with a strong focus on the role of information covering the following three (3) domains:
Elicitation and definition of functional requirements pertaining to data creation and information usage
Elicitation and definition of requirements pertaining to Information quality management
Elicitation and definition of requirements pertaining to Information security and data protection
Training certification in DEMO (preferably DEMO Master)
