Resource planning and follow up with assigned technical resources;
Activity planning, definition of deliverables and milestones;
Incident, request and problem analysis;
Service reporting and monitoring.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education studies of minimum 3 years in computer science or related field certified by diploma or 3 years of experience in addition to the experience 6-year experience requirement below
Certification or extensive experience in service management framework, ideally both in traditional and agile methodologies
Experience:
Minimum 6 years relevant hands-on experience acting as service manager for ICT organisations
Hands-on experience of managing ICT processes in a large organization
Experience in multi-national environments is desirable
Knowledge and skills:
Service management skillset;
Budgeting, organizational skills and analytical ability;
Knowledge of project management and office automation tools;
Presentation, communication and leadership skills;
Understanding of systems management & technologies in scope of the contract;
Solid documentation skills in English;
Strong working knowledge, written and spoken, of English required.
