ITSM Project Manager

Description

Tasks to be delivered:

  • Planning, execution and delivery of ICT services;
  • Resource planning and follow up with assigned technical resources;
  • Activity planning, definition of deliverables and milestones;
  • Incident, request and problem analysis; 
  • Service reporting and monitoring.
 
Qualifications: 
  • Post-secondary education studies of minimum 3 years in computer science or related field certified by diploma or 3 years of experience in addition to the experience 6-year experience requirement below
  • Certification or extensive experience in  service management framework, ideally both in traditional and agile methodologies
 
Experience: 
  • Minimum 6 years relevant hands-on experience acting as service manager for ICT organisations
  • Hands-on experience of managing ICT processes in a large organization
  • Experience in multi-national environments is desirable
 
Knowledge and skills: 
  • Service management skillset;
  • Budgeting, organizational skills and analytical ability;
  • Knowledge of project management and office automation tools;
  • Presentation, communication and leadership skills;
  • Understanding of systems management & technologies in scope of the contract;
  • Solid documentation skills in English;
  • Strong working knowledge, written and spoken, of English required.
