Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) completed successfully and certified.

Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience.

Minimum 6 years of experience in .Net and ASP.Net (VB and/or C#) development as well as third party JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as Vue, Bootstrap, JQuery, etc.

Minimum 4 years of experience on developing databases in MS SQL Server (2008 and later) using Stored Procedures, Functions, Triggers, etc.

4 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML, XML/JSON and asynchronous programming

Proven experience in front-end development

Proven experience in back-end development

Experience with Human Resources Management Systems such as Leave/Mission management systems and e-Recruitment

Experience designing and implementing REST APIs

Experience in web site support

Good understanding of Application Security concepts

Good command of English (B2 and above)
