Integrate all the provisional ad-hoc calculations made in the IT tools or on separate Excel sheets into one single and standard version of the IT tools;
Adapt and create new formula links and calculations for difficult exceptions and stocks;
Carry out testing with the help of the relevant desk officers to make sure that output is in line with the objectives;
Prepare the IT tools for all the following years of the transition period under the TCA: adapt the relative stability keys that will change each year by creating Excel sheets that will be used for each year.
Requirements
University degree in IT or relevant field combined with 13 years of professional experience in IT;
Specific expertise in Ms Excel (Desirable: MO-201: Microsoft Excel Expert);
Experience in task automation using macros and VBA;
Experience in building complex formulas and managing large datasets with functions: IF, SUM, INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP;
Technical expertise in creating dynamic reports with PivotTables;
Technical expertise in building charts and graphs;
Excellent command of the English language. French will be an asset.
