Description
The candidate will contribute to the activities listed below (non-exhaustive list):
- You will provide expert advice on the technologies used for the applications developed in PHP – Symfony.
- You will assist in writing of back-end and database components.
- You will advise on the design of the back end architecture solution.
- You will analyse and integrate building blocks, existing web services and other reusable components.
- You will support for application testing (unit and integration).
- You will interact with business users for setting the requirement specifications and testing.
- You will advise on configuration management and source management of the developed applications.
- You will be in charge of production of technical documentation.
- Also, you will use JIRA, Confluence and SVN as supporting tools.
Occasional meetings in Brussels may be organised upon client's request.
Qualifications
- You hold a Master degree and 7 years of experience (or equivalent)
- You have a good knowledge of English and French language (Level B2) and able to write the required documentaiton in English (level B2)
- You have an in-depth development knowledge and at-least 3 year experience in PHP and Synfony is required.
- Knowledge of Angular and Weblogic, and experience in European Institutions would be an asset.
- You have experience with production of technical documentation.
- Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence and SVN as supporting tools (desirable)
