Manage and follow up on project life cycle phases (inception, elaboration, construction and transition);
Support the preparation of the Business Cases;
Analysis of the business flows;
Manage and coordinate the development and deployment of the Customs Trans-European Systems (elaboration, maintenance, implementation and enforcement of the architecture and associated change and release management procedures);
Coordinate actions, projects, meetings, services with various stakeholders;
Coordinate the specifications, development, deployment into operations of Customs trans-European systems and their integration with other central services and platforms, as to ensure the implementation of the trans-European Systems according the agreed trans-European Systems architecture;
Follow-up of the project plan and enforce the quality delivery on schedule;
Project and technical supervision of the project team;
Contribute to the creation and update of the strategic plans for customs and reporting;
Manage and support the activities of the development team for the creation of BPMs at different level of detail as per the agreed BPM methodology.
Requirements
Minimum 9 years of combined relevant university studies and experience in the IT sector;
Minimum 4 years of project management experience and tools and large scale systems integration projects, preferably within IT and customs environment;
Strong experience in Prince2, BPMN, UML, Agile;
Good knowledge of project coordination procedures;
Strong organizational and co-ordination skills;
Certificate in project management would be considered as asset;
Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
Ability to integrate in an international environment and to cooperate well in a team.
