• Provide technical expertise advice, assistance, technology watch and support on test-driven development, automated functional and performance testing of the Enterprise Search 
• Provision of quality plans, quality assessments, quality control tests, evaluations, service level agreements or other quality matters associated with the Enterprise Search project
• Elaboration of functional and non-functional requirements and business case analysis
• Elaboration and maintenance of IS quality control procedures
• Advice on quality improvements
• Review of Information Systems Infrastructure Architectures
• Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology
• Risk analysis
• Provision of technical evaluations and audit reports in relation with information systems infrastructure

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant education (master or equivalent) after secondary school 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT Sector.
• Experience working with quality control and automated functional and performance testing of at least 2.5 years (specific expertise).
• Proven knowledge on scalable search architectures.
• Proven knowledge on security models within an Enterprise Search.
• Experience on Java developments of at least 3 years. 
• Experience working on large-scale search-related projects.
• Experience with Agile.
• In-depth knowledge about user-centric design: user experience research, user behaviour, user attitude and evaluating emotions.
• Ability to work in an international multi-cultural environment, rapid self-starting
• Capability and experience in team working.
• Fluency in English (oral and written) at least B2 level, knowledge of French is an advantage.
