Description

Tasks:

  • Set up and enforce the respect of organization, procedures and project office tasks, raising warnings in case of non-respect of these;
  • Enforce the quality of delivery on schedule;
  • Structure the information in ways that are appropriate to the target audience;
  • Report on the service status (SLA, actions, risks, issues, decisions, changes, etc.);
  • Produce and/or review documents;
  • Participate in meetings with contractors and other partners.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of combined relevant university studies and experience in the IT sector;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in service management;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems in the context of customs;
  • Strong experience in project management and IT functional analysis;
  • COBIT and ITIL certifications;
  • Experience in business intelligence;
  • Certificate in agile would be considered an asset;
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral;
  • Ability to integrate in an international environment and cooperate well in a team.
