Description

Your tasks:

  • Support the process of collecting and analysing the requirements;
  • Analyse content and structures and evaluate their usability against system capabilities and needs;
  • Collaborate with content providers and internal departments to obtain necessary changes to content;
  • Support the analysis and maintenance of common classification schemes to facilitate content search and retrieval, enhance accessibility and use of unstructured data;
  • Ensure compliance requirements for document retrieval and support management of templates, content migration and content workflows;
  • Liaise with staff members and managers to troubleshoot and mitigate issues related to content;
  • Organise content management workshops to help improve efficiency, quality, timeliness, communication, and coordination;
  • Identify, document and propose improvements to existing processes;
  • Support implementation of extensions and enhancement to the Document Management System;
  • Perform and ensure quality assurance criteria on the electronic content (accuracy, usefulness, quality and completeness);
  • Assist in establishing content preparation standards and procedures;
  • Support and assist document management staff in implementing best practices;
  • Create documentation on content sub-systems, delivery mechanisms, product requirements, processes, and procedures, and participate in training staff.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field with minimum 4 years of experience in content management and analysis OR non university degree with minimum 5 years of experience in content management and analysis;
  • At least 4 years of experience working with SharePoint platform;
  • Extensive experience working with Document Management best practices;
  • Very good experience in Enterprise Content Management domain with a focus in content analysis, content engineering and content delivery;
  • Hands-on experience in analysing and documenting processes and gathering requirements related to content management activities;
  • Good exposure in managing and maintaining information structures and working with metadata frameworks;
  • Working experience in the analysis of corporate business processes with a view to designing workflows and related applications;
  • Having received training in Office 365 concepts;
  • Very good command of English (CEFR level equal to B2 or higher), both verbal and written.
