Description
Ability to use the office automation and document management tools and methodologies as specified;
Ability to use specific tools knowledge, such as Adobe, Microsoft Word and Portal/Content Management technologies;
Ability to use a help-authoring tool.
Production of end-user support and training material, such as user guides, help texts, release notes, etc.;
Writing of end-user support and training documentation regarding (current and new) information systems;
Preparation of reference and maintenance manuals and other technical documentation in consultation with developers, system architects and software architects;
Written communication must be clear, concise, unambiguous and easy to read.
Qualifications
Min. 9 years of experience in IT (including higher studies)
Min. 6 years of experience in Technical Writing
Min. 6 years of working experience:
Ability to use the office automation and document management tools and methodologies as specified;
Specific tool knowledge, such as Adobe, Microsoft Word and Portal/Content Management technologies;
Ability to use a help-authoring tool
Production of end-user support and training material, such as user guides, help texts, release notes, etc.;
Writing of end-user support and training documentation regarding (current and new) information systems;
Preparation of reference and maintenance manuals and other technical documentation in consultation with developers, systems architects and software architects;
Communication abilities (written communication must be clear, concise, unambiguous and easy to read);
Knowledge in IT Service Management and/or Risk frameworks, and/or international standards
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. Cambridge Certificates of English) are desirable.
